What Forms of payment do you accept?

Australian Customers:

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa & Amex. We also accept Paypal, Cheque, Money Order or payment via Direct Deposit into our National Australia Bank account. Payment into our bank account can be done online or at any National Australia Bank branch.

Overseas Customers:

We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, Amex & Paypal.


How Long Will it Take For You To Process My Order?

Australian Customers:

If You Place Your Order Before 1pm AEST We will dispatch your order the same day, Monday-Friday.

In the unususal event that any items are out of stock we will notify you by email.

 

If some items are on back order, we will post the rest of your order straight away and dispatch the remaining items once they are back in stock.

We only charge you for the initial postage charge, there will be no additional postage charge for back orders.

Overseas Customers:

For overseas orders, we will dispatch your order once all items are in stock.


Are You Able To Post My Order Via Overnight Express Post?

 Yes, we can post your order via overnight express post. Express post is an additional cost and will be calculated on the items you order, please add "Express Post" into the message box in checkout when ordering and we will contact you by email or phone with the express post cost for your order.


What is Your Return Policy?

 We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason the item does not meet your expectations, please contact us first and return it to us within 14 days. The item returned must be in the original condition it was dispatched to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty.


When Do You Charge My Credit Card?

We will charge your credit card the day your order is dispatched. If for any reason some items are out of stock, we will only charge your credit card for the items that are in stock.


Are You Able To Deliver Items Directly To My Friends & Family?

Yes, we can post the order directly to your family and friends, just put their name & address in the "Ship Address" section when ordering.

If you would like to send items to different people, please do them in separate orders.


How Long Does Delivery Usually Take?

We use Australia Post to deliver your order.

No, We no longer produce Catalogues as our range is always growing.

Do You Deliver To Post Office Boxes?

 Yes, we do.


What Happens if My Gumboot's Don't Fit Me?

 You are welcome to return them for an exchange or refund. Please notify us within 7 days and we will give you the return address to send them too, please include the invoice number with your gumboots. You are responsible for the return postage and we will pay the return postage if you require an exchange.


Do You Include a Tax Invoice With My Order?

 No we don't, we email the tax invoice to you, when you place your order.


Do You Have a Shop or Showroom?

 I am sorry we don't, we only sell online.


Are You Able To Deliver To My Work Address?

 Yes, we are happy to post your order to a work address, but please ensure you include the business name in your address details.


I Had The Incorrect Address Details in My Order?

 Please let us know ASAP, if your order has already been posted, we will let you know as soon as your order is returned to us. There will be a re delivery fee to send your order again, which is charged by Australia Post.


I Am Not Sure if My Order Has Gone Through?

 When your order has been successfull, you will receive a tax invoice by email straight away.
