Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please do not return goods without our authorisation.

All items must be received back in their original condition to receive exchange.

All sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us within 14 days. The item returned must be in identical condition it was dispatched to you.

We advise our customers use a shipping method that is traceable or requires delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping fees are not refundable. Sarah J Home Decor reserves the right to refuse any item returned if it does not meet the requirements outlined above.
