Returned items are expected to be in their original packaging and in the original condition. We are happy to offer an Exchange, Refund or a Store Credit for the items being returned.
Postage Costs for the return are at the customer’s responsibility. (Excluding faulty items) We recommend you use a shipping method that is trackable or requires a delivery confirmation when returning a product.
Products that are returned not in the original packaging or products that show obvious signs of use or wear will be rejected and returned to you.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only.
